They know what the assignment is and they have stepped up to the plate!! They are very thorough with the exam and you are not just a dollar walking in the door. My appointment was Wednesday and l can pick my glasses up Saturday morning!!!💯 They are ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS
Marx Optical is an extremely efficient place to get your eyes checked and pick out some frames. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly, they seem to be using all cutting edge technology. They have the best selection of frames that I've seen and they're quick! I got 2 pairs of glasses and am loving them!
Dr. Mann is the best and I recommend everyone to him. Tessa was also amazing and very patient. Jarol and Heaven assisted with ordering my contacts and completed my visit. They answered all my questions and were very kind. Customer service was excellent front the moment I walked through the door until I left.
PLEASE PLEASE GO SEE BRANDON AT MARX OPTICAL!!!! He had me laughing the ENTIRE time speaking with him. He is very knowledgeable and will make your appointment so fun!! I didn't get the other two ladies name but they were awesome also!! Dr. Harris answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information about my eyes!! I love this location's team! The guy who took me to the back with all the tattoos was very nice & he's funny too the thing that blows in your eye was crazy work!!! Elisha (I think that was her name) was the one who helped me pick out my frames she was so nice ..
