I first went to Douglas Kent after being snobbed at another local jewelry store whiel doign Christmas shopping. Douglas Kent's staff was very nice... I went to purchase one $40 Christmas gift and because of their great staff was able to cross 5 people off my shopping list. That $40 purchase turned into a little over $250 and they won my business.
