Fantastic doctoring, I will miss you so very much.
The worst doctor I have ever been to. Very rude and told me he was running late so he couldn’t check a mole on my eye. I waited 40 minutes to see him! I will not go back.
Not even one star. Please don’t put your eyesight through these fakes. You will have to pay a lot of money for a very bad job. Don’t even think about going there. They have left so many people with painful after effects. Mostly massive pain! No sight! Not able to work or drive ever again. Gosh I just wish I would have done so much research. I just thank god that I don’t suffer the pain in my eyes like many others do. Please. BE AWARE
I Will not suggest going to them, Worst service I have ever seen. I have been contacting the office for the past 90 days about my bill. No one cares and office staff are horrible and never care about patient problems.
I had a lens replacement with Dr. Douglas Katsev. It is very expensive as they don’t seem to care about their patients after treatment, just a case of taking your money and don’t caring about it after. Also my eyesight seems to be deteriorating. Worst Experience Ever.
Would not recommend Dr. Douglas Katsev. I had the LASIK surgery which I found traumatic from start to finish. The suction cup lost suction twice which was advised by the surgeon down to a potentially faulty suction cup and as a result can bruise the eye for 3 weeks. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Brown operated on my broken finger in an operation she estimated to take 45 minutes and it took 3.5 hours. The result was a complete disaster and I had five total operations that were not successful. After the first two I went to another orthopedic hand surgeon and he was unable to repair the damage done. NEVER use her as a surgeon!
Completely missed both my hernias! Never use him. I had another surgeon repair my intestinal hernia and still haven't had my navel one repaired. He was completely incompetent and then when I told him he to repair either he just walked out and was totally unprofessional.
it was mu worhs decision to go there. Burning in my eyes. Allergy on the medications
