Dr. Katsev has such a happy disposition. He is extremely helpful and very smart.
i was able to text him because he gave me his cell phone and he got me into the office before his regular scheduled patients. He made a correct diagnosis and gave me medication to use the cured my condition. He took the time to make sure I had coupons to lower the cost of the medication. My issue completely went a way in a couple days. i was impressed on how much he cares for his patients
Dr.was concerned about my eye issues that I was experiencing. Explained very well how to take care of it. Did a complete exam overall and very understanding. Had a great experience with the whole office

After 1st surgery I had to have another surgery to put in new lense. First one too small second surgery resulted in partially detached retina. Emergency surgery to save my sight 6 mths before I know if I regain full vision. Dr katsev is always chasing his tail does not give patient enough time. In my opinion he runs a conveyor belt. Doing as many procedures as possible. I feel he has his eye on $$$ and not on what is best for patient. Never see him again
