I went in with my fiance for one of their "going out of business" sales. We were one of 2 customers in the store with 3 associates working. We were never greeted, spoken to or said anything to as we left the store. They were too busy listening to a story, not related to jewelry. I've worked in customer services for years and find this to be completely rude and disrespectful. I have even purchased jewelry there before. NEVER AGAIN, NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED!!
