Call insurance for insert with no measurements. Press and hurt my foot during visit did not warn me before doing it now foot hurts worst. Refused to do paper about my foor but collect that $35 office visit . Don't waste the time. 2/4/24 Update; I found out that office revised my insurance claim and corrected. All is right now. I have learned that insurance works in ways I don't understand.
