This was the most thorough home inspection I have ever seen. Kim and his wife Sherri are extremely knowledgeable and were so very helpful with the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anybody, including my own family! The sellers agent was so impressed with his work that he asked for Kim's information. I also used them for my wind mitigation inspection (which saved me a bunch on insurance) and my four point inspection. You will not regret going with these guys!!
We had an excellent experience with our home inspection with Kim and Sherri! They were very welcoming and knowledgeable and answered all our first time home owner questions. They were very good about showing us every little thing and explaining everything in lamens terms. They were very thorough and I 100% recommend them!
