I was in Douglas Infiniti yesterday, first I went to service with Ana Marie. She is amazing! Then I went to Sales and met with Armon. Awesome with me. Cannot wait to get my next Infiniti and continue being an Infiniti customer.
Sharing my experience with Infiniti so you can all take warning. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I have 6 payments left on my 2023 QX60. I took the car in for service on 8/14/25 to Douglas Infiniti in Summit, NJ. They gave the car back to me with a cracked windshield. They owned up to it immediately. It was two weeks before someone approved the replacement. Then another two weeks to be told they’re on back order. Finally they’ve said there are no windshields for at least another four weeks.
