I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Douglas. He is truly best-in-class—not only as a professional but also as a human being. His honesty, kindness, and genuine dedication to his patients are truly admirable. Recently, I felt pain in my left cheek and worried it might be related to an old root canal he had done for me. Dr. Herrera was referred to me for an emergency with my daughter. I called his office on Friday morning at 8:45 am and spoke with his assistant Martitza who was kind and compassionate to my daughters needs and mine as a parent. She advised that the doctor was off today but let her call and speak with him and she'll get back to me. I honestly did not expect a call back. Excellent doctor, office and staff. Did my daughter a root canal. He was patient, kind, caring and very respective to my child feeling.
Dr. HERRERA is the best dentist on the planet and also has the best view in Miami. His staff are also the best too. If you think you need a root canal i highly recomend him.
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Herrera. The whole process was very simple and easy, and the team was very professional and patient.
