After an auto accident I had a few spine surgeries and live in constant pain. I started seeing Dr. Hanze many years ago and we met on a monthly basis. He has been able to teach me way's to focus away from my pain, anxiety and depression. He was a blessing for my mental and physical health.
Dr. Hanze has a very easy conversational style, and allows someone like me who doesn't have a problem talking about the issue, go through it in its entirety and pulls out important insights as well as helps you focus on your goals in moving forward. I have appreciated his assistance greatly.
Dr. Hanze is very easy to talk to. He has a comforting presence. He suggests coping skills that are helpful. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
