Dr. Haghighi was incredibly unprofessional, careless and dismissive of my mother. How some doctors maintain their medical license all the while conducting themselves so unprofessionally and clearly not caring about their patients is just beyond me.
Dr Haghighi is a great physician but the staff is very difficult to deal with- especially the front desk. Hard to get through to office and get help when in need. As a medical provider myself this not how an office is supposed to run. When a patient is in need of medical care, the office is supposed to help and not dismiss the patient and blow them off. This is a medical liability.
My experience with Dr. Haghighi was amazing. I felt he really listened and cared about getting to the bottom of my symptoms. Great bedside manner and follow up. Highly recommend.
I have seen Dr. Haghighi for over 17 years and find him a personable and accomplished physician. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to discuss details with his patients.
