I had a highly disappointing experience with Douglas Elliman in Hoboken, New Jersey. Initially, I had to chase them down just to get my house listed, which was already frustrating. Once the house was finally listed, their responsiveness dropped to zero. Despite having a longstanding relationship with Lisa Poggi, the head of their Hoboken office, I found myself constantly reaching out to them without any response.
