Alan sold my apartment to me, so when I thought to sell it, he was the only person I wanted to reach out to and knew he would get this done quickly and painlessly. He's professional, honest, helpful and works hard for all of his clients. I never felt pressured and always felt Alan had my best interest in mind throughout the process. Highly recommend! I was buying a coop during the shutdown, a relatively stressful time, but Alan helped me to find something that fits my needs. He went over my package line by line, prepared me for interview, so the whole application process was very quick and smooth. Alan helped me to buy my coop in Forest Hills years ago and then sell that same coop recently. He is professional, responsive and an overall great agent. He was able to find me a buyer and get full asking price in under 2 weeks after listings. He’s great to work with and knows the market.

Alan is really awesome and helped me purchased my first home. He is very familiar with the local area, has almost unlimited amount of connections of professionals who could help you with the difficult process, and is very knowledgeable about the transaction process. Even though I was on the other side of country, Alan helped me sell my dad's apartment after his passing. He was thorough, and extremely helpful through all steps of the process.
