Dr. Douglas has been the primary doctor during my four years taking shots at AA&S; he's been nothing less than excellent in his attention, treatment and follow-up. When my shot schedule occasionally required adjustments, he always responded in a timely and focused manner. I'm completely satisfied with his medical care. Beyond that, he's a gentleman.
I have been seeing Dr. Danny since 2005. He is the most caring and wonderful doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Douglas is wonderful, but I'm not sure he is worth the rudeness, incompetence, and flat out abuse you will almost definitely receive from office staff. I have spent a year barely being acknowledged, forced to listen to loud and inappropriate personal calls, and today was the final straw. Jennifer was unable to answer basic billing inquiries, clearly didn't want to be bothered, and bacame hostile, condescending, and loud. when asked to explain specific charges.
Refused to see me and claimed that I had a different appointment date. What occurred was the appointment had to be rescheduled because I had taken eye drops. So I called them back the day that I made the appointment and she rescheduled me for Dec 19th. They refused to see me, said I was incorrect. There was NOT A SOUL in the room waiting to be seen, and I had arrived 15 minutes early from my scheduled appointment time. So if you are smart, avoid this practice. They are incompetent.
Dr. Douglas and the staff here are a rare find. He is very patient, kind and thorough and made sure that I understood the results. I had an appointment with my two year old and my 6 year old at the same time and my kids were not on their best behavior. This did not phase Dr Donald at all and he remained kind and caring for the whole appointment. I will recommend him to anyone who needs allergy testing. It has been a very long time since I felt like a doctor truely listened to me and cared.
