Tom has great work ethic and stood by his work. Repaired an issue under warranty without hesitation or issue. Will definitely be using for my future needs.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful owner. Was thrilled he could come out on the weekend. He accurately diagnosed the issue and told us the part would arrive the following week and led us to believe he would come and make the repair during 100 degree weather as soon as the part arrived. Then when the part arrived, suddenly it would be another week or two before he could come and install it. When I understandably and calmly verbalized disappointment in this delay, given the weather, he suddenly refused to install it at all.... read more
Not a supplier store, cant find parts or supplies like I would do at RSD or Johnson supplies. Add misleading. This is a contractor company.
