This guy has no idea what he's doing. Instead of sending me to an orthopedic surgeon, UCSD sent me to this PM&R doctor. He was over half an hour later to our appointment. He could not do any physical exam maneuvers that elicited the pain, which begs the question of how he can diagnose the problem. My PT did a far superior physical exam and gave me a much better idea of what was going on. Dr. Chang is understanding and caring with his patients. I was struggling for two years for a diagnosis after my issue was not resolved with physical therapy. Dr. Chang was persistent in solving my problem and was successful in ultimately finding my diagnosis and referring me for treatment. I will be returning after thirteen years for a different issue and feel confident in him as my doctor again. Thank you Dr. Chang
Basically a waste of time if you want surgery talk to a surgeon Have the MRI and x-ray ready
