Dr. Carter is just plain creepy. His favorite phrase is When I stick a needle in your arm. He says it like an executioner about to administer a lethal injection. When I put you down I will have complete control over you. I get to decide what becomes of you. Very maniacal.
Professional – Dr. Carter removed both of my kids wisdom teeth all impacted, he is very professional, skillful, informative, as well as empathetic . I was impressed with the job he did, and would return to his office without a doubt for any oral surgery.
