The service was excellent!! From the time we walked into the office. The process was less than 30 minutes. Very friendly atmosphere!!! We purchased a 7x16 blackout trailer,and my husband couldn't be happier!!! Thank you, Douglas Cargo trailers. Your customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!!
Don’t buy a Douglas trailer. Nothing went right. Paint on the trailer tongue was sloppy and missing in many places. All of the outside lights were over tightened, and cracked. Every one of them. The barn doors were installed incorrectly. The hinges were too far inside the frame, so the barn doors don’t open fully. The hinges hit the frame and dented the frame on the first day that I opened the doors fully. If these people carry freedom made trailers please do not buy freedom made trailers it will be your nightmare I’m sure they have other brands but freedom is not what your looking for trust me
