Ryan Livingston was amazing When she first came to visit me she said she would have it gone in a short timeframe I thought - no way. And she did. The agent who was helping us rent out our how was just out for money. She did not do her job, we ask multiple time for her to do inspections and she did not and the tenants trashed the house. She could not even be bothered to come out and take pictures after we had the tenants evicted she said she was to busy. There are many other things she failed to do.

Never trust anyone in this Real Estate company. They will tell you one thing one day and call you a couple days later and tell you they have someone else looking at the same property. But they won't hesitate to take your application feel. when they new dam well someone else put in for the same property. worst company ever

Sioban Buzhardt was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We gave her a lot of challenges as we changed our minds and listed our home the day before she left to go out of the country for a week. While out of the country, she kept in touch with us several times a day as our home got 5 offers and sold in 2 days. She met and exceeded every challenge that came up. She assisted us with contractors to do some needed repairs and gave us advice on other matters. She is very professional and we highly recommend her.

Sioban Buzhardt patiently showed me tons of houses until I found my HOME! She was awesome and knowledgeable, and very approachable since I am a first time home buyer. She was very knowledgeable about the process as well as home repair. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a simple, smooth and FUN homebuying experience!!

By beware realtor is not upfront, does not return calls or texts, off puts blame, wants to condemn you the potential client, wants to make it seem like you’re the problem and clearly facts are not straight on their properties for rent and this is before you even move in with this agency.
