We were "ripped off" for our ENTIRE vehicle. Our mother board blew and an after market replacement was installed and mayhem commenced. We walked away with no car and no money all because my husband (who knew) the owner since teen hood was reminiscing that day he dropped our car off, about a scenario of days gone by and Dave didn't like the subject I guess. Sounds bad, sounds unbelievable? It's true.
Best shop in town! Honest, courteous and quick to get you back on the road! They do excellent work and stand behind it. Trust me, this is that one true place you where looking for when it comes to mechanical work on your vehicle! Thanks Douglas Automotive Repair!
Amazing customer service. I was in Peterborough for work with my company vehicle. I needed a new windshield wiper and due to the company car policy need to go to a repair shop. After several calls to dealerships and repair shops that did not want to deal with a company car I called Douglas Automative. Great service, speedy fix and turned my stressful day around. If I lived in Peterborough, I would use them for all my vehicle maintenance. Highly recommended!
