this man used the very very wrong model of house to do our house appraisal, he used the smaller Estancia one story model instead of the biggest one story Estancia estates model.....then went outside for no reason whatsoever when he had 3 great comps in Estancia and 4 more in encantada . horrible, i feel robbed. the model he used is 2060 living area our model the claridge is almost 2500 living area
