I recently had my very expensive refrigerator go out. After calling a few places and getting quotes mostly (600-700 dollars) I called Douglas. He came out when I had the time to be there. He kept me well informed on everything he was doing and why. He charged me half what everyone else wanted!! I will bring any future buisness to him with no problems.
