The male receptionist at this location was unprofessional, rude, and showed very little compassion toward patients. Customer service appears to be an afterthought, which is disappointing for a healthcare office where many patients may already be dealing with health challenges and stress. My mother has had a much better experience at the Duluth location and prefers to go there whenever possible. I hope management takes patient concerns seriously and works to improve the level of courtesy and respect shown at the front desk.
Dr Isenstein has treated my wife and myself for many years. We think he's great!
Dr. Isentein has given me great care for several years! He also listen to what you are saying and that is always a plus for me!
Dr. Isenstein is a wonderful physician. He really cares about his patients and he is willing to spend a lot of time answering questions. I would recommend Dr. Isenstein without hesitation.
