Dr Palma was very professional and made me feel comfortable I am so excited to have him do the procedure
I went in because both shoulders were bothering me . Tom (P.A.) saw me. Even though I hadn’t seen him in over a year, he remembered me. He listened, looked at my X-rays and discussed what he saw. He then gave me some options as well as some exercises to try. He is another reason why I put my orthopedic health in the hands of the staff at DOS!
The dr listened and was very thorough, however this is the 2nd time I called to book with the Dr I initially went to see and did surgery on my elbow, but ended up being seen by someone else. I should have the choice of who I see. Never being informed and then showing up to this surprise makes me feel like my issue is not important enough to warrant his time. I would prefer to be asked and have a chance to make that decision for myself.
I had arthroscopic knee surgery nine days ago and so far, so good. The entire experience at Dr. Palma’s office was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Palma took plenty of time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and really listened to my questions and personal goals. I’m very happy with the care I received and the early results.
