Great surgeon!
Staff very friendly. Susan who does the x-rays is a lovely person- so nice and friendly. Dr. Palma fixed my knee pain in a matter of minutes. 24- hours later virtually pain free!
I got an appointment within 2 weeks of calling (they had one within one week but it didn’t fit my schedule). Initial visit was great. I didn’t wait long. They took me back to get X-rays, then I waited about 5-10 min for the PA. He assessed my knee issue, prescribed an MRI, and gave me some exercises to perform. I scheduled the MRI and was done in 30 minutes.
I felt very comfortable and taken care of by Dr. Palma. I felt confident in his diagnosis and with his plan for grabbing an MRI to get a closer look at my joint so we can make the right decision for long term care. Highly recommend!
