Most rude provider I have met. I guess old age comes with grumpiness and this chiropractor was rude and condescending. I called to get some information I needed and he kept bombarding me rude comments. I gave an example of my dentist who I pay upfront and he submits my paperwork and asked if he does the same and Doughlas was like do I look like a dentist! And he passed a lot more rude comments.
