Dr. Clark is outstanding, kind, patient and trustworthy. I'm so grateful I have him as a resource in my life. I first met Dr Clark when I was having shooting pain into my arms and fingers from my shoulder and I was scared I might have to have rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Clark does a very careful analysis of your range of motion and muscles. He determined surgery was not necessary and recommended I try a specific Occupational Therapist. I was recommended to see Dr. Clark by a Chandler urgent care, they let me know he would treat me like family and he did! I went in for a broken finger that was leaning pretty heavily to the right. Dr. Clark mentioned surgery would probably be necessary, but I mentioned I didn't have insurance and would be unable to afford it. He set me up with different levels of equipment and visits to check on the progress. (Experience from November, 2023) This doctor left me in pain for much longer than necessary. Initially, I went in complaining of shoulder pain that radiated down my left arm. I did request an MRI during my first appointment with him. He declined and told me insurance wasn't likely to authorize it, even after telling him I had reached my deductible for the year. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Clark and his staff. They went above and beyond expectations. They worked after hours and provided me a way to contact them over a weekend so that could go on my overseas trip to Japan. Dr. Clark and staff Karen are very sweet and they made me feel cared for and supported. They squeezed me in just an hour after my urgent care nurse practicioner reached out to them.
