I could hang out here all day, great food, ultra friendly staff
Wow service has really taken a nose dive If the food delivered had it been hot it would have been quite tasty but what can you expect when it takes an hour to cook and deliver 2 burgers. While being held hostage to buy a peice of crap david's frozen cookie for .50 cents to bring our total to $30.00 so we can get cold food. Now is when S.B. sends me a pm asking me to reel back my scathing opinion.
With restaurants mistakes happen but it's what happens after the fact that separates one restaurant from the next. It is outstanding customer service that brings people back for more and that's exactly been our experience at Dougies. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
