While I enjoy the food, there is one specific waitress who I wish could be a little more friendlier and outgoing. She missed getting us our chips and salsa, she forgot to add a cookie to my kid's meal, and she never once came by the table to ask how everything was, or if she can get us anything else. It was one of the hosts that made sure we got our chips and salsa, and another host gave us our bill. Please teach your waitstaff how to properly tend to customers. Thanks! Overall, everything else was good!
A large group of us had a reservation. When we arrived we had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. After waiting a very long time, our order was taken. We waited over one and one half hours for our food. The food was burned and the wrong food was brought out. The waiter came out with pitchers of coke. The pitchers were spilled on our food, and all over our clothes. Our clothes were soaked. No apology was given. No one liked the food, or the terrible service.

We don't have any kosher restaurants near us so this surely a true treat. Very delicious!! Especially the ribs!! We'll just have to dream about Dougie's until we get back to the area or one of the other Dougie's.
It was great. I lived the place. The food was good. The service excellent.
