Was getting ready to host a pool party for the friends and fam when my 2 year old pump for my above ground pool gave out. Called this place at 5:40pm to see if they had a pump, and they did. Mind you they close at 6pm. I rushed over and bought a replacement pump and the pool party is saved ! Thank you for the great service.
The folks at the parts counter are great. But for a big purchase, you’ll deal with Husain. He’s great until he’s made the sale. After that, not so much. I have had a couple of issues I needed to follow up on. The first was that I forgot to redeem a $750 coupon at time of purchase. He’s been “looking into” whether or not it can still be redeemed since June 6, with several email reminders and a phone call from me to follow up. They will way up-sell you! Worse part is their products don't work. All I needed was something to kill algae in my pool but they convinced me I needed all kinds of other chemicals. I foolishly took their advice and used everything exactly as instructed by store rep but the $200 in pool chemicals they sold me did absolutely nothing to my algae problem. Very, very expensive and useless.
