I've ordered from you many times but recently ive been suprised at how no one can read a receipt or figure out door numbers for apartments.But now taking almost a whole hour when I don't even live that far from you AND forgetting part of my order plus knocking on the wrong persons door so late. maybe teach your drivers how to read a receipt. I love the food when its not late and I get it all at the same time and when you knock on my door instead of my neighbors door. very very disappointed.
People were just in there last night. your staff allowed a woman and several others to be fat shamed and hate speech toward several patrons by a bunch of frat guys. they looked at the staff members at the counter they did nothing. thank you for allowing them to make a patron cry and ruin their night! :(
Service was great and the food taste amazing especially the chicken and broccoli calzone
Some of the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. A group of people came in and wanted to order while the line had built up and almost was out the door. Several staff members started yelling at them to get the door closed (when they all could barely fit in store) and proceeded to be so rude the group walked out. One cashier was verbally harassing the girls making a scene that caused everyone in the restaurant to stare. It was absolutely horrible...they seriously need new staff �
