I usually love The Dough Co, but wouldn’t want to go back after the way I was treated tonight. I ordered a cheese calzone with bacon. We picked it up and I glanced at the boxes to make sure all was good. Mine was labeled CHZB, which I assumed meant cheese with bacon. I got home and took a bite, and discovered it was the cheese bomb, which has peppers, onions and mushrooms. No big deal, people make mistakes. I called them and said what happened. Sorry to hear about that :( but unfortunately we cant deliver out of our delivery area which is only to Jefferson without affecting other people's orders/deliveries as well. We do offer to give free food next time they want to come in but thats what our options are. They definitely used the word "free" instead of replacement just as habit. They werent trying to dismiss the fact you paid and received the wrong food. And saying "try" just means if youre willing as a customer to give your info and come in again soon.
