Dr. Worful has been caring over the years but his staff is a different story (and you will deal with his office more than him). I had 4 different hygienists over the years and they were all great but suddenly gone and the replacements have been terrible. Front staff - i don't know if it is because I'm an old patient but, they had become extremely rude, especially if you owe them money, even if it is a $1 balance, they will hound you until there is no tomorrow. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My girlfriend (a long time patient) raved about Dr. Worful and his staff for a long while. But I was stuck in my ways. However, one day my front tooth chipped. And Dr. Worful was able to fit me in that very afternoon. So I went and I’ve never looked back. This is the best dental team you will ever meet! Hailey was the most amazing hygienist ever she was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable! Ashley was also great I actually love going to the dentist just to see these amazing people that make you feel right at home! I love Dr. Worful but my last experience was very disappointing & frankly has nothing to do with him. It was a classic bait and switch which wouldn’t be accepted elsewhere. My regular hygienist was out so I had someone who seemed fairly new which is fine but I didn’t know until I got in the chair. Unfortunately the experience was painful and she wasn’t good about collecting the water so it would spill out of my mouth and literally all over my neck and clothes. It was BAD!
