I moved in one of his properties in 2016! I recently moved out with no damages to his home, however he tried to find something wrong to keep the deposit. I had issues with him entering the property with out proper 24 hour notice. I had several items missing from the occupied dwelling. I paid my rent every month on the first of each month, he doesn't give a grace period as of the second you're considered late. His late fees are ridiculous ($260). This is by far the worst company I've ever rented from.
Similar to Sabrina, Doug is the worst landlord I've ever had. Refused to fix anything by simply "forgetting" about it after being notified and then charged for "repairing" whatever was needed to be fixed off of the security deposit at the end of the lease. He's also about as rude as you can get and will treat you like dirt on the bottom of his shoe. He doesn't bother you much though if you pay rent on time so it's a plus if you're a drug dealer like most of the neighbors were.
