I have been with Doug Hansen & Associates for years. Everyone there has always been courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Every year when the insurance goes up I have them price around and try to find something cheaper and they're really willing to do that without hesitation. The transitions when I bought new vehicles went really well they just make it easy and they all are very honest with their customers. Doug reviewed our insurance needs for property and auto in 2015 and replaced our coverage with better policies and a substantial reduction in our premiums! This was timely since I was retiring and needed the expense savings. He also helped me to understand the complicated Medicare world and got me the right Advantage C plan to fit my needs. He and his staff have always been friendly and promptly answered my questions. I recommend this firm for your insurance needs.
