I would 10/10 recommend Doug Hailey State Farm in Papillion!! I’ve had a wonderful experience with them. Matt has been super helpful and is always quick to get back to you and puts ya on the right path to success!! Also, they have cute dogs in their office and are great great great people to work with!!!
October 3 of this year, we had a new grand daughter born at 4:19 am at 800 am I was in a car accident that totaled my 2015 Chevy Malibu, before 1:00 PM I was notified that statefarm had already looked at my car and said it was probably going to be totaled my claim was settled a week later and on the 8th day I had a new vehicle, thanks Doug Hailey and team, you are fantastic!!!! My husband and I have had State Farm for 43 years . Great service keep up the good work!!!!!

We have used Doug for years for car and personal property insurance and my husbands family have used them for over 15 years. We just bought our first home and Doug and Matt helped us out huge! While setting up our homeowners policy, we also wanted to look into life insurance. Doug offered to come to our house to help us through that process and even brought a home warming present!
