Gloria and Doug are very knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, honest, and patient. They took us to see all the houses that were interesting to us in our price range and then carefully walked with us through all the tasks and paperwork needed to buy our house. We were grateful for Doug's experience with all aspects of construction and maintenance of houses. They are a great team! My husband and I highly recommend them.
I started the adventure of flipping a house. I had 2 other agents before finding Doug and Gloria. The other agents had no construction knowledge so I went through several home inspections to find out the home was falling apart. With Doug's construction experience, he could tell me right away whether the house was a "do" or a "don't". Then Gloria's expertise kicked in- walking me through the offer, paperwork, and closing.
