I would leave 6 stars for the office staff if I could. I payed the extra premium all these years to have State Farm in case of an emergency because everyone promised me they are by far the easiest to work with in such an event. Man do I want my money back because I ended up having a serious wreck caused by police negligence and my life has been a living nightmare since and I'm sorry to report, State Farm has been part of that nightmare.
