Had a rotator cuff repair. Warned everyone I have bad problems with anesthesia. Talked to Clouse twice warning him. I almost died after being ejected too early from the recovery, hallucinating. I had to call 911 when I passed out at home unable to breathe. They saved my life. I was hospitalized two weeks and am still trying to recover from sepsis and pneumonia. Dr Clouse seems fairly knowledgeable. He performed cortisone injections and drained fluid from my knees. When cortisone wasn't working, we tried PRP injections with zero results. Finally scheduled full knee replacement only to find out that the facility doesn't accept my current insurance. After switching insurance, placed a call to office to confirm that the facility would accept my insurance. The response was vague but "probably". I had an ongoing shoulder issue of ten years. I saw a couple of other Orthos and they basically said it wasn’t bad enough and sent to PT which made the issue worse. Dr. Clouse was the first doc to spend quite a bit of time explaining my exact issue; showing me my scans, explaining with anatomy models and literally walking me through pros and cons of all possible treatments. I had an initial visit with Dr Doug Klous today in the Maricopa location. And the office manager was great she got me right in on time and the doctor was just awesome he just explain things to me and layman's terms which I totally appreciate it and just a great experience overall
