We don't live in Dallas, had Doug managing our property for 3 years after the tenant left the place was completely destroyed. Hoarder, plastic bottles full of urine in the floor. They went to the condo several times and we paid big money to fix plumbing, but they fail to call the tenant and tell us what was going on. He is very arrogant and act in bad faith.
