I have heard bad things about this service and all not good,I took my dogs there 1 yr. and 1 was badly bitten on the ear and they told me,my 2 dogs got into a fight and they do not do good with other dogs,so I ask them to put them to geather, they do good togeather and found out when I picked them up ,that I was told they were with other dogs ! Will never take them there again ! They where not togeather, and got bitten by another dog ! Not very trustful at all !. would not recommend ,they lie !
I’ve seen several of the doctors over the past few months with my 3 dogs for their checkups, dental cleanings, and even one unexpected visit following an injury. I had no trouble getting my appointments made, and the doctors and staff took great care of my fur babies during every encounter. Pricing is fair and they have a great group of vets!
we love douds, doesn't matter what dog you bring in no matter their issues they love them all the same, I trust them 1000000% always have always will they are good people who will do anything for your fur baby.
Douds has provided exceptional and judicious care of our dogs for probably close to 20 years now. They treated our dog Sadie for nearly 13 of those years. When she developed cancer, they dealt with us collaboratively and extended great care and compassion to both Sadie and ourselves. Can't thank Doctors Miesse and Keller enough. They were insightful and supportive. In fact, everybody with whom we dealt, including vet techs and office staff were wonderful.
They took the time with Alfred to figure out what was going on. 5 weeks later and he is doing amazing. Thank you to everyone there for your kindness.
Dr. Marmaduke is fantastic. She is always sure to spend extra time with my timid boys to gain their trust and make their experience the best that it can be. I once had a vet slam a muzzle on one of my pups the minute he shows he was nervous, which only heightened his anxiety. Douds staff is always kind, courteous, and gentle with the pups. Decisions are openly discussed and respected (we will not neuter our Boys and have never been pushed by this practice to do so). Our female also suffered from horrible allergies, and dr. Losing your pet is not an easy process, but I will forever be grateful for the kindness shown to me and my family.
Highly recommend. Friendly and thorough.
My husband & I want to thank Douds Veterinary Hospital for their amazing & compassionate care. We were not clients & called for a house call to send our beloved 14 year old lab Sadie to the rainbow bridge @ home in her yard. Dr Doud agreed & he & his assistant were so compassionate & caring in our time of need. They allowed us to send her off the way it should be & we are beyond grateful to them! We will be switching to them for our vet care from now on! Thank you again 💜
