Terrible place. Took my service dog in for excessive urination, 4 medicines and several hundred bucks later, now (after 2 days) she pees blood, a lot. Get a call back from the receptionist, not the vet, and they want another 50 for antibiotics. THAT'S THE WHOLE REASON I TOOK HER IN. They still haven't checked and see if she has a UTI, just charging ridiculous money for even more meds. This place only wants your money, they don't care about people or animals.
After 4 phone calls there was still confusion as to whether we had a cat or a dog coming in. Staff not only didn’t instill any confidence that they knew what they were doing but they were very rude. As I’m trying to explain the tech talked over me and would not listen. I will never deal with them again.

What’s the point of having a vet if they can never see your dog when it’s sick? Two years ago our dog got seriously ill we called and tried to get him in they said they were booked, called later in the day as he got worse and begged for them to see him they still wouldn’t we had to go to an Er with him and spent over $5000 on unnecessary tests, if our vet would have seen us we could have been referred out to the doctor that needed to see our dog to help him instead of wasting $5000 on a E.R. visit that did nothing! today I c... read more
