She is the best....can't thank her enough for taking care of my grandson who had been having trouble with his ears for 5 yrs now and the ENT we brought him to didn't want to do surgery .....brought him to Dr Doucet and on the first visit scheduled his surgery.....explains everything. ....So glad I found her

I've received unprofessional service from the office since Day 1 of my visit in January. The doctors office did not want to fill out the pre authorization form for my insurance to cover the prescription because they don't have the staff. They recommended that I take an allergy test, which I took and later on chose to take the sublingual drops instead of getting an allergy shot weekly. I pre paid $140 for the drops and was not contacted until 4 weeks later when I called requesting the status. It was not the nurses fault at al... read more
