Had a really great stay here and the room was way bigger than I would have ever expected.
Upon arrival we felt like we were in a sauna. Even the front desk reps had to have a fan on them. The room was so hot, we were unsure it was safe for our 8 month old. We were told they had turned on the heat in the entire hotel and that caused the issue. We had a 4 night stay, and it did cool down finally after two nights. We were told for the inconvenience our parking for the stay would be comped, but it was not fully comped. Also that we would be given Hilton Honor Points and this also did not occur.
