I generally don’t really write reviews but I have too regarding my last weekend experience. When I checked in everything was missed up for zero reason. I booked two rooms one using my card with my info for my room and one room using my sister card with her info on my Hilton account. The front desk checks me into my sister room which was a single bed and checked my sister into my room which was a double bed. Woke up 2am with loud music from guest next door. Don't know how management allows a group of minors party in a room with loud music 2AM? The front desk was unprofessional and switched us to the top floor with no AC. Place looks run down and super dirty. The experience at this hotel ruined my experience in Mineapolis with my wife.
I'll start with the positives: the rooms are a really nice size, especially if you are with a group of 3-4. Several of the staff members were attentive and helpful for requests. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but was made to order, and had a variety of options available. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. When my friend checked in, he was given keys and sent to a room which still had other people in it, which seems like a huge security issue. We were immediately given a new room at least. Best hotel I've stayed at in Minneapolis. Can't wait to stay anywhere else so that title can pass on
Rooms are HUGE, and I love that! There is plenty of space for the weekend. However, our toilet and hot water in the sink didn't work....and the front desk said that no one could fix it because it was a holiday weekend. Nor did they move our room. So we had to manually flush with a garbage can of water every time. They also didn't take anything off our bill for the trouble.
