Unfortunately the time has come, I have to write my first negative review regrettably. I will start by mentioning my family and I have visited this hotel many times over the years and truly enjoyed ourselves. We had an unfortunate event happen during our last visit (Dec 22 - 24) that was tough to swallow. After checking out we noticed noticed a room charge from the restaurant for a "to go" order that totaled $177.29 on 12/23/25 around 9pm. Great hotel! Friendly staff and great views. Decor is very bright and florida like. Will be spending my weekends here while on business.
We love this place and we keep coming back year after year.
