I stay here often and have never had a bad time.
Worst experience ever! I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and have been very loyal for the last 15 years and this was the worst experience ever. My wife and I booked a much needed weekend getaway to celebrate finishing her final round of chemotherapy for breast cancer. After making the paid in advance reservation online, I called Hilton Honors directly and confirmed the reservation and was told that everything was all set. Finally the day here.
