Hotel muy confortable. Muy cerca de los parques (aprox 1 milla puedes ir caminando tambien) habitaciones muy amplias y comodas. Alfombras limpias, living amplio con sillones comodisimos. Tambien hay un pequeño refrigerador y microondas. Tambien cafetera en cada habitacion. La atención de los empleados es muy buena. Están en cada detalle y pedido que uno necesita. Tiene cafetería en planta baja para comprar Starbucks y también un restaurante. Volveré! Muy recomendable
I’ve stayed there numerous time on my trips and enjoyed it until I had had a Personal emergency where I had to change my dates of my trip and they did not want to cancel for a refund or help me with changing dates whatsoever. When I reserved It clearly stated that I had 24 hours until the booking day to cancel for a full refund But they told me they could not refund, even if I didn’t show up or change the dates. Thankfully, there’s other good hotels all around where I can take my business to because I feel scammed.
Nice looking hotel with nice amenities. However we stayed in the hotel for 2 days and I got eaten alive by bed bugs. I have bites on my face, arms, legs, back, and shoulders. As time goes on more and more are showing up. Good price for a hotel but not worth the bed bugs
