The room was not clean — we found hair in the bed. When I informed the reception, they didn’t even seem apologetic and simply sent room service. The furniture is old, and the customer service is poor.
I arrived to the hotel at approximately 3:30pm . Check in is at 4. I had a question for Hilton Honors so I called , while on the phone with Hilton Honors I asked if they were excepting early check in due to us arriving a bit early. I was assured that early check is was welcome this particular day and that a room was available for my son and I. So I proceed . No clue how this is considered a four-star hotel on Google, but clearly the standard is different. This is three star at most. Rooms are outdated mattress is not the. It is a large busy hotel. There is a decent amount of noise and easily filter through the wall if your neighbor has children. The only thing convenient about it is it’s a location for those going to Disney. Otherwise, even in terms of like food options there’s only big chain places nearby.
