Great location but I had issues with the following : elevator was not working, pool dirty, Jacuzzi dirty, and customer service needs training. My apologies wrong terminology, hot tub.
Sylvia at the front desk was amazing and very helpful with getting me checked in and was very kind to answer any questions I had. The warm cookies were delicious as always.
Just completed a short stay at the Doubletree at the battery. A fantastic experience. First, the location was perfect for us, attending a game at Truist park, only a short walk through the battery, which is also great, full of restaurants and bars. Next, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from front desk, to restaurant staff and beyond. Dante is hands down the best server/bartender I’ve ever had! He stepped in to take care of the bar and absolutely crushed it. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-notch. The customer service was beyond excellent — friendly, fast, and made the whole experience memorable. If you get the chance to be served by Dante, you’re in for a treat. He truly goes above and beyond. Cheers to Dante!
This location is horrible. They offer no perks. No breakfast. No shuttle service. Nothing. I will never stay at this hotel again.
