We absolutely enjoy our stay every single time!!!! Walking distance to battery park and Truist Park. The staff is beyond pleasant. Our favorite is Sylvia. She makes our trip even better!! Thank you to all the staff for doing an amazing job!!! "It's going downnnn"
It is so, so nice to get out of the northeast and be treated to true southern hospitality. Checking in was actually fun and felt like we were truly welcome. I wish I had been able to see her name tag because I wanted to suggest that Stephanie from the Hilton Providence come down and train with the front desk here, she could really use it. Absolutely love this hotel! Convenient to Truist Park and Battery Park. The staff is super nice and helpful. Sylvia makes the stay so pleasant and welcoming.
Carla was so helpful at the front desk and she assisted me with services that I needed.
