Loved the Staff, location, and rooms! All the staff, especially Sylvia, were so kind. I do wish the small hot bar breakfast was free, like it used to be and paying to park at a place where I am already paying to stay is disappointing. The staff makes the stay worth it. Everyone was so kind.
Stayed here for the ashnikko concert, had a blast! Booked here to be within walking distance of the concert, the location to the battery was great for ease of travel, close to lots of good restaurants and things to do. Check in was open til late, good for us who drove 4 hrs away and checked in right around 11pm. Check in desk provided free cookies! Our stay was relaxing and relatively eventful except our room’s ac didn’t seem to be working 100%. Other than that no notes, thank you ms Sylvia for making checkout a breeze’
