It's a late review but still relevant. My cousin and I said stayed on Friday, 8/15/25. The male that got us checked in was very helpful. He could have used a little assistance because everyone was checking in at around 4ish. However, he handled the rush and himself very well. Upon getting in the shower it was very noticeable that there was a stain and /or substance of sorts on the inside of the curtain. I had a confirmed reservation at this DoubleTree (Conf. #95606621). The hotel refused to honor it and told me only a $1 hold had been placed. The next morning, I was charged nearly $600 for a room they denied me. Hilton corporate was contacted before cancellation and refused to intervene, later telling me it was “at hotel discretion.” The GM lied about issuing a refund, which only appeared days later after escalation. Had a great stay here for the Chris brown concert. Anything happening at truist park, this is your go to hotel. Also Ms Sylvia at the front is the best. She’s so nice and has a great personality. She gets 5 stars herself.
