I have never had a better experience with a pet business of any sort. The owners are true professionals who go above and beyond to exceed any expectations either you or your dog might have had. P.S.- Our Gracie is now home and calmer than she has ever been: resting from her five days of bliss. I've never seen her this content!
We were so pleased with Doubletree Pet Resort. Our dog never does well in traditional kennels, so DPR was the perfect solution to keep our pup comfortable and happy. Kimala and Bill also made the experience so pleasant. They were very warm and welcoming which made it that much easier to leave our dog with them.
The Doubletree family gave so much love and attention to my dog on his first visit. He was clearly comfortable and happy there. And thanks, Kimala, for the status updates while we were away. It put our minds at ease. It's obvious this is his new home-away-from-home anytime we're out of town or in need of pet care.
