Just awful!!!! O building needs to be condemned. I had just recently visited a friend who lived over there in the bathroom is black mold seems as if the upstairs has flooded many times, all the apartment managers are saying is to scrub it because it's dirt. In my opinion the people that live in O building needs to be compensated for the disregard of their health.
