Always a pleasant stay at the Karlan. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Near many restaurants of the area.
The people are great hands down, but that is about the only nice thing I have to say about here...my room was dirty, furniture had scuffs and tears in it, there was someone's left over bowel matter sticking to the bottom, there were cigarette butts on my balcony and the whole room had a general "once over" vibe. The refrigerator barely worked and was leaking all over the interior of itself..For a 5 start hotel by Hilton, I was rather disappointed... I cancelled my last day here and paid their bs 75$ cancellation fee so they ... read more
