We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree at Silver Springs in Maryland from May 2nd to May 3rd. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional customer service we received from Lisa and Leo. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay truly comfortable and memorable. So much so that when we are in town visiting again we look forward to returning to this hotel location-Kwabena
Overall a great hotel. Very clean and good service! The only downside was the lack of sound insulation; we could hear our neighbors’ TV and conversations even when they weren’t particularly loud.
