Leo was so helpful getting us checked in and getting our parking pass. I love this hotel, rooms are spacious and the hotel has lots of amenities. Walking distance from lots of places!
Front staff, engineers & housekeeping were all very pleasant. Always greeted when passing. I had an issue with my original room and Lisa understood my concern and discreetly offered to change my room. Even when those in front of me in line were rude to them (front desk), they were still polite to me. :)
Everything was top notch. I enjoyed my stay. Did not want to go.
