The service in general, the manager to buy she’s bombastic everybody is amazing
I’m a fellow Hilton employee and was doing a trip to DC with my lovely girlfriend and friends. Upon checking in to our 2 rooms, we did digital keys; Mine worked perfectly fine but my friends digital keys did not work so I went to front desk to ask for physical keys. I had 2 interactions with the front desk and both times they were very inattentive. I asked for physical keys and both front desk helpers gave me a side eye while they were doing absolutely nothing. Fantastic hotel! Friendly staff, great rooms, very good gym and pool. And complimentary cookie upon check-in Thank you Ada for taking care of us, and thank you Elsa for treating us like family.
The hotel is super nice but the location is something weird. Traffic to get to it is horrible. The staff is awesome. My favorite server is Blanca Aegeral. Absolutely wonderful omg. Julia is a great bartender along with Jessica and Mina. Food is really good and affordable. Highly recommend staying here.
Booked a room here very last minute (within 10 mins of arrival), when I arrived the room was ready. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and having the metro close was great! I enjoyed my stay and will return!
