Update: I am dropping my review down to a 1 star because it has been 23 days now and I still have not received the return back to my card on the two parking transactions and will be disputing the transactions. I have never had this issue before and it is very disappointing. ------ I hesitated to write this review because I don't like to provide negative feedback but my experience was interesting. Temmie, Ethiopia, and James (receptionist staff), and Elden (cleaning staff) are excellent representatives of the Doubletree hotel! Each of them has been extremely kind, supportive, compassionate, and friendly with their time, supportive service, and professionalism. Temmie and James have supported me everyday throughout my stay at this hotel while I traveled for work, and Ethiopia has given me insightful and helpful information regarding my stay. I stayed in Room 616 on Wednesday, June 24, and paid about $250 for one night, but unfortunately the experience did not match the price. The bathroom was extremely small and felt cramped. It was also not clean. The shower was old, with black spots that appeared to be mold, and the shower faucet was broken and dripped all night, making it difficult to sleep.
