Stayed here for 2 days & really enjoyed it! Leo at the desk was especially joyful and helped me with parking in the garage beyond my checkout time. The hotel feels very secure, as a solo female traveler I appreciated that elevator access to guest room floors requires a keycard. Cherry on top - the showers are amazing and the room darkening curtains are very effective.
hotel was fine. the policy of charging your card on file before you arrive and should be reconsidered. my card was charged at 10am before my arrival (around 6pm) on 12/30. i was staying with family members and the credit card we wanted to use for the stay was a different one than i guaranteed the reservation with. we checked out on the 3rd and im still waiting for the charges to be corrected. never been a problem before at every other hotel i’ve been to because they don’t charge me before i arrive. please rethink this annoyi... read more
The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious great place to stay.
Remodel updated rooms are very nice. Free parking in their garage. Beds are mid.
We arrived and checked in and our room was not clean, it had a smell and dark brown stain in the corner. We went back to the desk and Lisa was excellent taking care of us. She immediately changed our room and had the first room cleaned.
